How do I convince the authorities to close my local pool?

I have come to the conclusion my local pool is infected, nay, INFESTED with the AIDS virus. However, I am not sure how to go about convincing the authorities of the same conclusion so they can close it. What should I do?

Um, the concentration of chlorine in public pools is by far enough to kill the aids virus, which wouldn't be present in high number anyway unless someone bled to death in there. So, how exactly do you come to the conclusion it is infested by this? Oh, and by the way the virus only survives for a maximum of 6 hours outside of cells. Not even outside the body, outside of cell. So it lasts an even shorter time outside the body. So drop the paranoia please.

Firstly you can't get AIDS from a pool, that's just stupid.

Second if the AIDS virus did get introduced to the water, the oxygen and chlorine would kill it

Thirdly the only way you could prove a pool has AIDS is if by some act of god a virgin became infected with HIV after swimming in the pool, but again that is impossible.

You present your suspicion as if it were factual. I don't believe that such a threat to public health could go undetected by the authorities.
If you really think that the pool is infected take a water sample to see if your suspicion is founded.

it wouldn't be infested its cleaned and drained daily by the people that work there... sure people piss and spit in it but the chlorine in the water take care of that.

There's no way you can. It may be infected with it but once any virus comes in contact with Oxygen it dies so...really there's no worry there even though it's nasty to think about.
