When downloading videos from LimeWire what type and size files should i be aware of that could contain a virus |
im trying to download episodes of bob ross the joy of painting on lime wire they have two different types of files avi and MPG most of his shows are about 27 mins long so what size files should i be aware of any tips would be great i really dont want PC aids 27 min. avi's and mpg's Why don't u start using torrents to download you Songs, Tv series or Whatever u want ! The file size could be anything from 50mb to 200mb roughly depending on the quality. AVI will generally be a lower file size and better quality. all of them, you can get a virus without even downloading anything...just be careful As Cougar said, do an active viral scan on each file you download. AVG is a decent client to use. Look where it says AVI and MPG. Just makes sure you don't download ANYTHING that says EXE |
