I would like to know why AIDS can not be cured?

I have read that the virus act as a parasite when it is on host cell & acts as crystal when it is of host cell also felt that we could use antibiotics for this such as we get mycobacteria into the virus when it is in some hostcell & get it killed

Like all viruses, it is prone to mutation within different hosts. At the speed HIV is spreading, the mutations are occuring at an exponentially higher rate than can be combatted with specific immunizations or drugs. Consider it a deadly common cold- there are simply too many strains to fight. The problem with "kill-all" antibiotics is that the ones that are effective against the virus also kill vital organ cells. The virus itself will often kill a cell when it reproduces (often with a mutation) so I suppose that there may be more than one "strain" of HIV living within one host. Viruses in general are amazing things that are geared to survive within any host, and will change as necessary in order to maintain and reproduce. Don't take my word for it, ask a health professional or research reputable medical journals.

The actual HIV has developed into numerous strains that some respond to the treatments and some do not.
They are making progress, but it's not fair to say that they don't have a cure. Considering the progress that they've made thus far, a cure is just around the corner.
Don't you notice how tame the HIV awareness has become lately?

The AIDS virus does attach itslef to blood cells but it also tricks white blood cells into thinking that is blood cell. So any antibiotics that are searching for the AIDS virus would be looking for blood cells.

The antibiotics fight off the virus but the virus becomes immune to treatment. Its evolves like a cockroach, when you poison it the next generation is hardly affected by the "poison/treatment".
