How do i report somone 2?

If I do report somone that i know is breaking the Law and frauding the gov for insurance and stealing VIM numbers and sleeping with underaged girls unprotected when he is infected with the aids virus, how much time would he be looking at knowing that this is taking to be a very serious crime and can I still remain anonymous?? How does the officer get him arrested? How can they locate him if he hasnt given his address out unless through a hospital or Med clinic records in the city that he lives in?? What process does this invlove??

call the police anyway, give them all of the information that you have and they will do an investigation and try to find him, once he is found they will start trying to locate his victims

you could speak with local authorities, try and get proof, getting one of the underaged girls to speak out would help too. hes looking for alot of jail time. bring him to texas well give him death sentence

Try going to a SVU near you,or somethin silmilar.they will tell you what to do.

They can find any ones address out when they run his name through, you can report him and also call CPS and ask them advice about him having sex with under aged girls while he has AIDS. Alot of states have a law about not telling anyone that you sleep with that you are infected. CPS will know what to do. You can do both without telling anyone your name and you can also use *67 to call both numbers. I have. DO IT! Call the cops. As much as I have issues with them they will step in on his one and get the job done. As far as the frauding the gov. Get ahold of GAP Gov Accountability Project. They will pay you a % of money they get back from people frauding the Gov or at least they say they do. Just do a search for gap or g.a.p. it will show up and have contact info. As far as I know you can remain anonymous with both but he has the right to face his accuser but if you're not the victim? Ask the cop and GAP

The underage girl rap will get the cops attention. Everything else would be hard to prove until someone rolls on him. If you know these things to be true then you must know at least one of the underage girls, otherwise you may be guessing wrong or just blowin wolf. Get to the girls parent with this filth and I guarantee any parent would will nail him.

Not sure what state you're in, but for insurance fraud you may have a local state Department of Insurance that conducts criminal investigations.

For VIN numbers, report it to your local Department of Motor Vehicles.

Your asking way too many questions that you should really leave up to the investigators. The only thing you need to do is call and make a report to law enforcement, and they will handle from there.
