Music producers go for what will be marketable rather than how to keep a brotha down. Musicians talk/sing/rap/write about what they know. If a black man says in a song something about killing another black man, there is not much more to it than that's what is on his mind, most likely because that is a part of his environment. And if you think "white people" do not get the same types of violent messages, I suggest you read some death metal lyrics.
