How best can we have an HIV free world?

It is worrying to realise that the rate of HIV and aids is high it is ascertained by the number of patients on Anti Retrovirial drugs

Just cause the number of drugs is up doesn't mean it is spreading. It could mean that the diagnosis is better, although you are problably right. As for having a HIV free world, the only answer would be a cure and even then it would take a very long time to distribute the cure to everyone, cause some people spread it without knowing it plus the poor couldn't afford it.. Africa is so bad right now that I heard in some countries 50% of the population has it. My thoughts are education combined with saftey such as condoms would be the best measures for at least slowing it down a bit.
