Tell her that you have it so she knows what she's getting herself into. Then if she agrees to be with you sexually, use protection.

The first thing you need to do is to tell your girlfriend that you have HIV/AIDS. By not telling her you are doing her not only a huge disservice, but you are putting her life in danger. She needs to know that you are positive so she can take the proper precautions when you both have sex. Yes, you do run the risk of losing her by confessing that you are positive, but the consequences of doing otherwise are so much worse.

I belive you understand your serious situation, you have to tell her the truth. You have to use condoms. However it is a very big risk for her. As i know if she doesn't have any open skin damage it is safe but sex must be with condom otherwise he will join your problem also, but think about it

If you do not inform her of it, and she contracts the virus, you could be charged with a homicide/murder charge. So it is imperative that you tell her upfront. If she can handle this and is willing to take that chance with you, then always use plenty of protection so that she does not get it as well.
