How to know someone have Aids or HIV? Does physically show if someone have aids. If that person is naked can you tell if she/he got aids.

No, there is absolutely no way you can tell by looking at someone.

You can't tell when they first get it.
But later on in life when they have had it for a while they start to lose weight.

The only way to know if someone has HIV is through a blood test. Having HIV antibodies does not mean that someone will develop full blown AIDS. A person can have HIV and it can remain dormant (inactive) in their system for over 10 years, with no symptoms. Then suddenly something triggers it off and it becomes full blown AIDS. You can never,ever tell by looking at someone "even with their clothes" off if they have HIV/AIDS! The only time you can speculate is if their in their final stages off AIDS and they're not even well enough to engage in any sexual activity because they're body is shutting down and they're weakening by the day! No you cant tell when someone is positive. AIDS does not have a face, color, age,. or sex. It can happen to anyone at anytime. For example, my mom was infected with the virus 17 years ago and almost 11 years ago was diagnosed with full blown AIDS and she is a healthy, strong, outgoing woman.
