How does memory work build resilience in children affected by HIV/AIDS?

memory work is a process of preparing children whose parents/gurdians are terminally ill due to HIV.It involves among others open disclosour to children, will making, dicision making about future careers, showing close relation family history and tree....The benefits to mothers has been usad so as to expand memory to communities afflicted with HIV,but am wondering if memory work leads to the building of resilience in children and how do we know if children are resilient?

Children are innately resilient. If we are honest with them and explain complex subject matters to them at a cognitive level that they can comprehend, they will absorb the information and accept it as an integral part of their mental function.

We only get ourselves in trouble when we attempt to obfuscate the truth. Children can usually see right though that facade.
