What is the likelihood of spreading HIV/AIDS through oral sex? Especially when it comes to blow jobs.?

My question is this: suppose a girl gives a ******** to a boy, does the chance of spreading HIV exist from Girl to Boy, or is it the other way round?

The most dangerous HIV transfer is infected blood to blood, followed closely by infected semen to blood. Human saliva is still a bit of a question mark, but it's currently not considered a common transfer medium. Gay men are more susceptible to AIDS because anal sex can cause tearing and bleeding, which gives infected semen or blood a chance to enter the bloodstream.
Heterosexual couples are more likely to spread HIV from infected semen entering the woman's bloodstream through vaginal tears.

Conceivably, an infected man could transfer HIV to a woman if she performed oral sex and an open sore in her mouth came in direct and prolonged contact with his ejaculate. He could also bleed from small nicks on his penis and transfer HIV that way. It would be a very remote possibility, but the mechanism does exist. An female-to-male transfer would be even more unlikely, but not completely impossible. Her infected blood could enter his penis through tears in the skin.

All this to say this-- use a condom or dental dam.

use a condom

It is very likely both ways. HIV is spread through direct contact of fluids.

The chances of contracting HIV from oral sex is very low, around 2.8 %. This does not mean that you should be careless. There is still herpes, and other STD's to consider. If you are unsure about how "clean" your partner is. Give head with a condom or dental dam.

Zero chance if you are using a condom.
But if the guy has the virus and you have an injury in your mouth there is a chance that you can get it.

quite likely to get when sperm is introduced into your body.

listen--they taste gross-- but use a condom for that too. (non lubricated)

Yes, you can easily spread HIV/AIDS or other STD's by oral sex. The person on the receiving end if the one most like to get the disease no matter if it is oral sex or penis/vagina or penis/ rectal sex. There is no such thing as "safe sex", but unprotected sex is the most dangerous.

IT HAPPENS MORE TIMES THAN YOU THINK ALLWAYS PRACTICE SAFE SEX WEAR A CONDOM

The #1 way HIV/AIDS is spread in the USA is unprotected oral sex between young heterosexuals.

Here is some information on condoms, birth control, infection, safer sex, abstinence and other alternatives to intercourse, how to talk to your partner about sexual issues ... even a video on how to CORRECTLY apply a condom.
