Can you get HIV/AIDS from Oral Sex?

I have given someone oral sex, i had no cuts or any cold sores or anything in our around my mouth i have not had any cavities or any split lips or such. If he "came" in my mouth even though i spit it right out afterwards, does that mean i'm still at high risk for aids? I believe he has been with a few other people but i dont think he has ever received oral sex before.

I feel if i am overreacting, since there are many more people that have done more than i have and still are "healthy" or as they know it.

unless either of you have horrible teeth and gums with cuts and bruises in your mouth, I think it is highly unlikely to get HIV from oral.
