Over the weekend my buddy got a b l o w job from two girls at once that he never met before at some party? How possible is it he contracted HIV? HIV has been isolated in saliva samples but there are no recorded cases of transmission through it. He should get tested just to be safe. HIV can be transmitted through saliva if the transmission is anerobic and your frind had an anerobic contact. saliva spit into eyes or on open cuts can cause transmission.
