When i person has aids and has sex does the partner get HIV or Aids? |
I know that peopel contract HIV fthrough sex from HIV infected persons but what if the have AIDS, does that person get AIDS or HIV? HIV is the name of the virus. AIDS is the name of the disease, once the symptoms have kicked in. I would think so People get HIV from having sex with a person that has HIV/AIDS. HIV/AIDS are essentially the same thing, just a matter of T-cell count. HIV is bad, AIDS is worse. *YES* YES! It doesn't spread by itself. They get HIV - this is the virus. AIDS is the condition that develops from the HIV infection. As far as I understand, HIV is the virus and AIDS is the disease. Some people carry the virus but don't really develop the symptoms of the disease, though they can transmit them to someone else. Baby you're done, if that person really has it and did not use a CD. But go for a check up first and don't start worrying yet till you proof. for all you know God might have excused you. HIV-Aides=same thing. Yes that person having sex with the infected person stands a good chance of becoming infected themselves. Rubbers have been known to NOT provide enough protection to the wearer. If I were that person,I would be very scared and go get checked out by a doctor. I don't understand your question. ok , just by the seminal fluid the ratio is quite less, but by the contact of the seminal fluid with some haemmorhogic areas in the female genital tract or vice versa may lead to more chances, so without haemmorhages there are chances that HIV does not spread....but it will be a chance definitely yes! these are caused by viruses that could be transfered through sex contacts! Ok so you want the TRUTH!!! HIV and AIDS are the same thing. HIV is the virus that causes AIDS and the person who s infected with this virus is the person known to have AIDS. |
