Can this cause HIV \ Aids?

one of my friends were talking about HIV and Aids, i could be very wrong but..

he told me if u stick a banana up your butt (for males) you can get this?
at first i was like no way, but he kept talking about u can.
is this true?

No you can't...HIV/AIDS can only be exchange through body fluids via sex, sharing needles and in rare cases orally.

Make sure if he gives you his banana, don't take it since it probably went up his wazoo...
