Can you get stds hiv or aids from a virgin?

i never fully understanded stds hiv or aids (who ever has) but i was wondering if you are a virgin and you have sex with a virgin can you still get stds hiv or aids if you dont wear a condom? see what i thought is that you get them from someone who has already had sex.

You can get that stuff from people who use drugs too... Sharing a needle for instance, you could contract it... if somebody else has it.

If you are a virgin, your partner is a virgin and neither of you use drugs or do anything risky, then odds are, you're safe.
You should always use condoms though as that is your best defence against everythign that's out there, after abstinance of course.

It's possible that the virgin got a STD from her parents (aids is passed to children if their mother had it) so it is possible.

are you serious? obviously you cant get a sexually transmitted disease (std) from a virgin. you could get hiv or aids if she caught the virus from a blood transfusion or somewhere besides sex. DUH

if you dont know the basics you have no business even thinking about having sex!!

Yes! The virgin could have been born with HIV, or got it thru a blood transfusion or dirty needle.

Generally yes. However a virgin may still contract HIV from blood transfusion, mother to baby transfer or needle sharing.

The problem is you can sometimes never be sure if people are fibbing about being a virgin.

someone could have also got some of these diseases from a dirty needle for a tattoo... or if they have somehow exchanged body fluids, or from a blood transfusion... also many "virgins" have participated in sexual acts that did not involve actual penetration, and fluids would have been exchanged during that.

Think fluids. A virgin who has had oral sex can contract an std. It can also be contracted through intervenous drug use or an infected tattoo needle. It can also be contracted through birth or in early childhood. Exchange of fluids (not saliva).

First of all - even virgins can get pregnant on the first try so WEAR A CONDOM!
Secondly - Yes you can contract std's from a virgin - especially HPV (human paploma virus) as well as yeast infections (yes-guys get them too!)
As for HIV - Hepititus C is an all to commonly missed virus that does not need sex to be transmitted.

yes, that person may not of had intercourse, but could still have AIDS from other causes. By the way, you could still get pregnant!

You can get genital warts and hepititis from anyone - virgin or not. Somone mentioned HPV & yeast infections. This isn't the movie KIDS where a guy can screw virgins without fear. He caught something from a virgin and spread it around. That can really happen. You can get a virgin pregnant too. Wear a condom anyway
