Aids (HIV)?

Today i had a lesson about HIV and i really cant get!! i know that it can be transfered via blood,intercourse.etc
what am confused about,is that,what if someone was only *touched* i mean not having sex fully :s does her/she get AIDS??? and there are some ppl who touch themselves or even use things to feel it!!! do they also??....it is really confusing and i couldnt have an answer :(

Casual contact and masturbation CANNOT transmit HIV.

Shaking hands, hugging and even kisses are fine. You cannot get HIV this way. If you touch yourself, you cannot give yourself HIV. Even if you are masturbating another partner, you won't get HIV.
