You're violating the confidentiality of this person and his partner's confidentiality too. Perhaps his partners would not like it to be broadcast to the entire planet that they've been at risk?

Although you give only a vague name and a city - that still may be enough to expose this person.

Let your local health department do their job. They are specially equipt to deal with this information and track down people exposed to infectious diseases.

I would suggest removing this thread as it's probably a violation of your state's confidentiality law - which means you could be fined or imprisoned.

If it is a violation, and this person has been in the papers and on the news and explains why they are being charged then it is not, we have a case like this in Wisconsin and it is posted in detail that that is what they are going to prison for, It's consider attempted manslaughter and if the person dies it is considered 1st degree murder, they have it, they know it, they have sex to spread it. Prison and internet posting should be considered.
