For $10 million dollars would you knowingly engage in unprotected intercourse with someone with HIV/AIDS? |
Please don't think I am crazy (nor soliciting myself bc I am free and clear of any diseases). However, I work at a homeless shelter and went to a conference about HIV/AIDS and this was a question posed to all thru a survey. Surprisingly enough there were many yes answers!! So I thought let me ask this on here and see what others say. If you are curious what would my answer be: HELL NO I wouldn't!! No I wouldn't because my health and my religion is important to me. Why would I risk giving myself away for $10 million dollars? No amount of money could make me have unprotected sex. It's good that you asked this question because people need to think about this type of stuff. What kind of question is that, and what's wrong with you people, I work with kids with HIV/AIDS, and these are great kids, and it saddens me to think they have to grow up with people like you. Do you believe they should just died and never find love. Report It No way No way!! NO. I value my life more. what would it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his soul? hell no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! man what am i going to do with that money when i am dead? people are just plain stupid money is not that important No way!! I want to live a long healthy life & that would just totally put a kink in my plans. The $ is nice but the disease is life threatening and that is too huge of a risk. I don't know what you mean by 'unprotected sex'. Surely you don't believe the myth that toxic condoms are protection against any virus 700 times smaller than the pores in the latex lattice? Of course not. Money never brings happiness. AIDS ALWAYS brings death. I wouldnt do this as money alone wouldnt make me happy. I want to have a good life, look foward to the future, have fun, drive, party, do things that all young people do. Things I wouldnt be able to do if I had AIDS. no i got to much to live for............. Money can buy a lot but it can't buy me! I'm working too hard to stay alive. I would actually consider it. It would depend on their viral load. If they had a low viral load I would probably do it. Although I would seek post exposure prophylaxis afterwards. |
