Is there any difference between HIV & AIDS? |
HIV develope to become AIDS??????????? HIV is the name of a virus -- the human immunodeficiency virus. When this virus infects a person it begins to slowly attack their immune system. Over the years as the immune system function drops to lower levels people are at serious risk of getting sick from many different infections because their immune system is not working. HIV - a virus, AIDS - a desease caused by the virus. If u have HIV in your blood, probably you will be ill - you'll have AIDS, but not necessarily fast.. yep hiv does turn into aids! Dont listen to Mad Love, they obviously don't know what theyre talking about. no one dies from HIV. HIV can lead to AIDS and they usually die from something else like the flu because the AIDS virus destroys your immune system which means a simple cold can be extremely dangerous. The other scary thing is that it is possible for someone to go as long as 10 years with HIV and not show any symptoms. HIV leads to AIDS if left untreated. HIV = Human immunodefficiency virus |
