And obviously if all the HIV/Aids carriers had been buried alive before they could infect anyone else, Everyone that caught it would have been lucky to have avoided it.

Maybe not buried alive, but I see your point. If people would cease the immoral behaviour aids would stop in its tracks, in America anyway. Most cases are not caused by blood transfusions, needle sticks, rape, or other accidental causes. Most cases are caused by premiscuous sex primarily with same sex male partners. It's not a gay disease, but more gay men contract, carry and infect others than any other group.

I have a better idea. We should set up a national goverment funded health care plan that treats people with infectious diseases that can be considered a threat to the public health at large. This way people can still have a normal life, get treated without worrying about expenses and keeps the public healthy.
