Which areas have "no data" on HIV/AIDs? Why? |
The why is not in the book. Because some areas do not keep accurate records on any sort of health treatment. Generally, that is because of no developed infrastructure, such as in some parts of Africa, or because of the information being withheld for political reasons, e.g. North Korea. |
