Why is it that Africa has more HIV/AIDS prevalence rate that the West Countries. Does this mean Africans are more sexy than the whites or Africans are less informed about HIV/AIDS

To answer your first question, there IS medicine, just not a cure.

To answer your second question, a lot of them are uninformed, a lot cannot afford protection

they are less informed.
