What are the chances of catching HIV/AIDS from someone that doesn't have it by anal sex without a condom?

Me and my girlfriend had anal intercourse without a condom maybe a week ago. Up until now I didn't know it was so risky.
So what are the chances of me catching HIV/AIDS from that even though we are both HIV/AIDS negative because we have never had sex before.

If neither of you have HIV/AIDS then it is IMPOSSIBLE to get it from each other. One of you would have to have the virus in order to spread it to the other. HIV/AIDS just doesn't "appear".

I don't think that it is possible because one of you would have to have HIV in order to catch it. So i think that you are ok.

You cant catch anything from a person who doesnt "have it"

you can't acquire HIV/Aids if neither of you carry the virus. But don't have sex without condoms again! You can't trust someone's a virgin just because they say so and you could pick up all sorts of nasty stuff by putting your unprotected penis in someone's dirty botty.

you can only catch it through exchange of fluid with anoather infected person.

If your girlfriend were infected you could catch it through any of the more traditional sex acts, ansl sex has nothing to do with it.

You should be fien, unless one of you lied or uses unsteralized needles you should be fine. Don't worry you are good. The only thing you should worry about is if you do have anal you can rip and tear certian tissue which could cause bleeding but other then that nothing to worry about. =]
