buy a pineapple from the pineapple seller and he had a cut on his finger while cutting the pineapple,his blood spread into the fruit..and guy eats this fruit...is such type of event causes hiv/aids?

No. HIV/aids only lives in your blood and immune system. Out side the body it cannot survive, but if the pineapple guy should have touched your guy with his bleeding hand at a place on your guys skin which is also an open cut, yes then there would be an infection.Seriously who would eat fruit or food with blood on it.

I dont really know but I would be afraid to eat that pineapple. But I have heard that the virus dies as soon as the blood is exposed. So i dont think there's any risk. But still I would suggest that u be very careful. the virus can be more resistant...
