there is no cure for AIDS. none that the gov. would let people know about. only medication that would slow the process. HIV could just go way with out any explanation.

Currently there is no cure for AIDS, for HIV infection. Nor is there a vaccine. However, treatment has come a long way since the 1980s.

no. the virus keeps changing so they can't find one. they have medicines that can slow it down and keep you reasonably healthy for a while (or a long while even), but eventually, unless someone finds one, you die from it. well, actually from a disease that you get that your weak immunesystem can't fight off, but you get the picture.
