Can you get STD's, HIV or AIDS by a cut on your tounge or lips, with the same going for the girl?

So basically could you get any type of disease if say for instance you cut your tounge and it started to bleed last night or for that matter you lips, and the next day the bleeding stopped, however, you still have a open cut on your tounge and lips, but their not bleeding. Could you still get any STD, HIV, AIDs or anything if she has the same problem, but she isn't bleeding aswell and we start to make out? french kiss..etc?

Is AIDs only caused by the exposure of blood to blood contact? And if so, why would you be in risk of getting AIDS by a blow***, if your dick is perfectly ok and doesn't have cuts and not bleeding but she may have maybe have bleeding gums or a possiblity of a cut on her tounge and lips, but again not bleeding, do any of those scenarios give you a chance of AIDS? Or even if she wasn't bleeding when she was giving a BJ, can you still get AIDS? Or maybe any STD?

And if two people are not infected with AIDS & STD, can blood to blood contact get you it still?

If you are having any kind of sex with anyone whether it is vaginal anal or oral you should both be tested before any sexual activity starts. If you are both clean and want to play without a condom make sure you are monogamous and if not at least be tested after every sexual partner.

The likelihood of getting HIV or AIDS from kissing is low but any unprotected sexual contact when neither party has been tested is just not smart.

Condoms aren't that expensive and may save your life...so go buy some and use them.
