Absolutely. The CDC says it is low risk, but there is definitely a risk. I read that a large portion of teens are actually getting HIV this way.

HIV enters the body through open wounds and mucous membranes. Everyone has small cuts in their mouth, whether it be from brushing or chewing on their lips. You can even get cuts from eating taco chips! You may not know about these cuts, but they exist, and they can allow HIV to enter your system.
Your risk is somewhat lower if the man doesn't ejaculate in your mouth, but precum has HIV in it. There is still a risk.

If you have had unprotected oral sex, get an HIV test. Your local Health Department will do it either free or very low cost.

YES!!!!!! Ever heard of AIDS, Herpes, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and so on, if you have a open sore in your mouth or throat yes you can get a STD. Don't think that just because it's not vaginal or anal sex your safe, because your not. Even with giving head you should still have him wear a condom they have flavored ones you know, and if he refuses then the hell with him, walk away let some other girl be stupid and put her life at risk of getting some disease that she may or may not be able to get rid of just to please some guy.
