what is HIV/AIDS? I have no idea what it is other than it is a sexually transmitted disease. please help! can it kill you? what oes it do to your body? best answers recieves 10 points!

Yes, it is fatal. There is no cure. It destroys your immune system so you are susceptible to disease.
