How can we normalise AIDs and HIV in Middle East?

They have backward attitudes towards it. How do you think we can explain to them that it is natural and normal?

Muslims disrespect and dislike . But I think they should be more tolerant towards it. And they should stop trying to stop it spreading in an unnatural way. USA have plenty of people with AIDs and HIV, and we tolerate them and let them have sex. I think Muslims should do that as well.

It's only my opinion, but why would you want to "normalise" AIDS and HIV in the Middle East? Every (how do I say this delicately so I don't offend?) rag head who dies from AIDS and HIV is one less threat to the US, so in my book it's all good. Am I missing something here?

I'm confused: normalise AIDS and HIV? There is nothing normal or natural about this dreadful decease. I advise you to watch a DVD called "And the Band Played On".
It is 2 hours long and was made in the 80's, but captures the onset of this epidemic and how it started (from one individual) and the government bureaucracy that allowed it to remain hidden from the public for so long. I lived the 80's - I remember the fear. It is the 'backward attitudes' that allowed this epidemic to kill millions of people.

i think that if we(honestly) get a translator and then get sum massive megaphones, set up in places that they can be heard by all. then get them to say that"at the moment, sex is illleagal without 1 of these*show em a johnny(condom)*. then give one out to em 4 free(like in the uk theyre free). then, 4 the complete tards, explain how to use em.
this will eradicate the problem, and also, Durex will have a massive charity event and peeps will give out money etc.
