What is covered is based on a formulary and that varies with each state. You would have to check with the individual state medicaid department to see if a specific drug is covered.

All HAART(meds for HIV) are covered by Medicaid. Even if you don't have MA, every state has an ADAP type of program in which every person with HIV/AIDS is entitled to receive HIV meds as long as they fall below a certain income (i.e. Pennsylvania income limit is $35,000)
