Would you expect patients with lack of serum reactivity to have a fast or slow progression from HIV to AIDS?

Would you expect patients with lack of serum reactivity to have a fast or slow progression from HIV to AIDS?

I had to Google serum reactivity to find out what it it...but I still didn't understand it,lol!

So all I can suggest is that if serum reactivity is related to the immune system, perhaps there could be an interaction but it really sounds like a question for a medical expert.

below is a link to a page which explains how HIV turns into AIDS. Maybe it will be helpful.
