If two people have unprotected sex and niether has HIV/AIDS can they still get HIV/AIDS?

no, if neither of them is HIV or AIDS pos, and werent born with it you cant get it, (condoms dont protect STD's very well) It is a fact that every 1 out of 4 condoms are defective

Not from each other because you two don't have the disease, but if you had unproteced sex with a someone who did carry the diseas then of course. you can only get the disease fron someone or thing already infected with it.

Not likely, but having unprotected sex is irresponsible at any rate. And just because youve tested negative doesnt mean you dont have it. It sometimes takes years for it to show up in blood tests.

If both people are definitely uninfected, they can't get HIV from having sex with each other. As someone elso mentioned, it does not appear spontaneously.
