What are the causes and effects of HIV AIDS to the hman body?

HIV is a serious viral infection sexually transmitted through body fluids. It attacks and compromises your immune system to such a degree that you become vulnerable to all sorts of infection. To date there is no cure but there are drugs that lowers the viral count and keep the infection from developing into a full blown AIDS.
