Yes, it is possible for either partner to become infected with HIV through performing or receiving oral sex. Saliva has over a dozen protein inhibitors that deactivate HIV, HIV is killed in the stomach, your only chance would be to have an open and bleeding cut and take in high amounts of fluid, and even that would be a small risk.

possible to get hiv from oral sex but not very likely unless there were open wounds or cuts in her mouth..The mouth is a pretty good barrier and the stomach has acid that kills the virus

....a lady should not have one of those in the first place, so I don't see how she could be putting one into your mouth.
