HASA is the HIV/AIDS Services Administration. From their official web site:

" HASA鈥檚 mission is to expedite access to essential benefits and social services needed by persons living with AIDS or clinical symptomatic HIV illness and their families."

Under Services offered, they list:
"Emergency, transitional, and non-emergency housing assistance and rental assistance."
