No, you can't. You used protection. There was no transfer of bodily fluids. Also, transfer of the HIV virus women to men is not very common, even if you hadn't been protected. It's more likely to happen the other way round.

But you shouldn't use two condoms. It does not, contrary to opinion, give you any 'extra' protection. One condom is sufficient. And if anything, using two, increases friction and increases the risk that it will break or come off.

There is nothing that can guarantee you protection except by not having sex to begin with!

It really depends.. if you're really worried about it, don't hesitate to see a doctor and do some kind of tests to make sure about your condition..
