Can African Grey Parrots spred HIV?AIDS?

i have brought my nan an african grey and when ever my uncle walks in the house he sticks his tongue in the cage to kiss, resently he sed he myt have aids does this mean the parrot can catch it off him? is so can the parrot pass it on if she bites? please help

It is always good to be careful when dealing with AIDS. Even if they can not get it. They can Bite someone and then spread it it someone else the same as passing a needle around.... Just a thought.

seriously parrots cant catch aids, and even if they did (fun fact) you would need to drink a gallon of siliva to catch aids
