Can you get HIV/AIDS from semen that has been exposed to air?

Me and my boyfriend were having sex for the first time and when he nut, he pulled out. But about a minute after he told me to lick it off and i did. Can i get HIV?

if ur boy friend has hiv , then u too would definately get , other wise u are likey to get some viral or bacterial also may get some STD if u sleep with some other guy other than ur boy friend, that is how body has checks and balences for every deed done
