How can I start my own charity?

I am 14 years old and I want to make a difference!
I want to start a web site or something where celebrities autograph shoes and stuff, then we sell them and the highest bidder gets the autographed merchandise. Then all the proceeds get donated to charity! That sounds like it would make a ton of money for charity, I really want to make a difference in the world. Does anyone out there know how I could contact a celebrity or something, so I could get stuff autographed? I want to help with cancer, world hunger, the homeless, HIV/AIDS, and much more! I haven't started the web site yet, but my mom knows a lot about web design. Anyone have any other ideas? Thank you so much. Peace!

You are too young to start a charity. You are unable to apply for tax exempt status, open a checking account or sign contracts. Want to make a difference start volunteering at a food pantry or hospital.
