Grants and funding!?

I'm in Canada.

I'm looking to travel to Africa or India next summer for some HIV/AIDS humanitarian work. I don't have a lot of saving to pay for the program free, airline fare, etc. As such I was looking for sources to fund my trip. Are there are agencies, organizations, government sources that provide grants for humanitarian work locally and internationally

Get united states residency and join up with the peace corps. You'll get tons of government funding.

You could ask the government.

Or, you could try to seek sponsorship from a humanitarian group or a slew of other business and corporations.
