What are some medical world problems?

like
malnutrtion
aids/hiv
diabetes
cancer
etc?

Some of the very common problems are. There are many in each group and I have listed only a few.
1. Viral infections- HIV, Influenza, Viral Hepatitis,Dengue,
2. Bacterial - Tuberculosis, Bacterial Meningitis
3 Parasitic- Helminthiasis, Head lice, Malaria
4. Fungal infections- Candidiasis, Ringworm infections
5. Genetically determined - Thalassaemias
6. Metabolic- Diabetes
7.Nutritional deficiencies- Anemias, Malnutrition
8.Others- Cancer, Drug addiction, Alcoholism etc.

Diseases which are rampant in the lesser developed countries are also a major problem to the developed countries too due to internatioal travel.
Further the developed countries have to do research in finding drugs and in the form of supplying aid to the less developed countries.

This is just to help you to classify and then you can add more.
The problems differ in different parts of the world. For example. Malaria and malnutrition are problems in Asia and Africa, Skin cancer is a major problem in Australia.
