Blood to a cut yes if not scabbed
Saliva to a cut, not likely
pre ejac fluid to a cut- yes, if not scabbed
cut to penis- if not scabbed yes
anal rubbing- no, unless there is penetration into the rectum or if there is an open injury (if the person ejaculates and exposes the other to the fluids)

All of them plus oral sex ,anal sex.
