Can you get HIV from sharing a joint? |
I like to party sometimes, although it's nothing more than a few drinks and maybe a joint. A friend of mine has told me they have HIV. We haven't partied together, but if we do, I want to be safe. I don't want to treat my friend any different either by refusing a hit or a sip of something. I'm not even sure if you can get HIV this way, I am just looking to be safe. I feel stupid for not knowing this info... I know HIV and AIDS can be passed during sex, beastmilk and blood. Any enlightment is appreciated. Thank you. Thanks for the helpful info. You should be fine. I would hope your friend is up to date with his disease and opt not to spread it to anyone in any fashion no matter what so dont fret. sharing spit does not transfer HIV or AIDS. no, but it will probably kill you just as soon as aids HIV is not transmitted by saliva. |
