Who is the Artist from the mid - late 90's? |
Who was the artist who was really popular in the mid to late 90's up in DC (I think, although it may have been New York)? He painted the huge murals on the walls that contained the very bright, bold, rounded figures and he had HIV/AIDS. I really want to write my Art History paper on his historical significance, but for some reason I can't remember his name. Is he Keith Haring? I think you may be thinking of Keith Haring......although he died in 1990 of AIDS. Check him out, maybe that's who you want? |
