I am masterbating from 7th stantard . Still now i have not have sex with women. although i can't able to control it. In a day i masterbat 3 to 4 times. i got fear of aids now days. Please advice how to control. Is it i affected by HIV for the continous masterbating. Is there will be any problem in the marriage life.

ITS NORMAL

You should only be masturbating about three to four times a week three to four times a day is a bit excessive and could carry health consequences such as:
Fatigue
Hair loss
Memory loss
Blurred vision
Groin/testicular pain
and semenal leakage

To cut back try cutting stimulants out of your diet such as caffeine, nicotine, etc. Also try to stay away from spicy food.

Identify what triggers you to masturbate make a list and eliminate the triggers if you can't eliminate come up with some other methods to avoid them or no longer make them as issue.

You won't get HIV from masturbating to often.

The only problem I can see with your excessive masturbation is premature ejaculation.

though it is normal to have sex feelings and desire a person of the opposite sex, and there is no harm in masterbating, yet you should either find a woman and have actual sex. Else keep yourself busy and try to come out of sex thughts.

you cannot get aids by masterbating, rest assured that you will not have any problems once you get married .

Yoga its help you, yoga helps to control every weekness

start yoga. control your passion.think about money insted of sex.
be with company. don't stay alone.god bless you.

You cannot get AIDs from masturbating -___-

Do Yoga, pranayam & meditation

STUPID BOY....
NORMAL LA....

get some sprituall music !!

Masturbation wont lead to AIDS at all..So dont worry about that..Try to marry soon...

there is nothing wrong with what you are doing nothing to be scared of jacking off is a good thing

SINCE U R 28 I THINK U SHUD SEX 1C.......TRY DIS....IT LL WORK
