I need the opinion of Doctors, nurses, anyone in the field of medicine to give their point of view Please?

The ability of HIV-1 to both avoid immune detection and develop resistance to anti-retroviral therapies presents major scientific challenges in combating the progression of HIV/AIDS. Please give your views on this matter.

I am a medical student and have been asked to make a discussion about this statement so any help would be fantastic. THANK YOU

Eh, don't feel like writing your discussion for you sorry.
