Is it STD,HIV,AIDS wat is it?

hi can any body tell like if 2 gay mean **** each other 4 the first time with they have hiv but it their 1st time how is it??????????????????

As others I am a little confused, but.. if 2 day men have sex together for the first time and neither of them have been with anyone else there is no way of becoming HIV+. To become infected you need to have sex with someone who has HIV.

Now if one of the two men was HIV+ there would be a risk for the other guy.

If you don't know your partners status always use condoms.

I am not sure I understand the question...

HIV can be transmitted in several ways: sexual contact, blood agent contact, and from a pregnant mother to her baby either in utero, during childbirth, or possibly through breast milk.

Drug users sharing needles is almost certain to transmit the virus if an HIV-infected user used the needle first or previously.

Sexual contact can transmit the virus, but the incidence is lower than needle-sharing. There is evidence that infection is more likely through anal intercourse.

To be very clear, anal intercourse DOES NOT CAUSE HIV, but it is the most likely sexual transmission route. One of the participants has to already be HIV-positive for there to be any chance of transmission. The chances appear to lower for heterosexual vaginal intercourse, but are still there.

Hope that answers your question.

There is substantial biological evidence demonstrating that the presence of other STDs increases the likelihood of both transmitting and acquiring HIV.

Increased susceptibility. STDs appear to increase susceptibility to HIV infection by two mechanisms. Genital ulcers (e.g., syphilis, herpes, or chancroid) result in breaks in the genital tract lining or skin. These breaks create a portal of entry for HIV. Additionally, inflammation resulting from genital ulcers or non-ulcerative STDs (e.g., chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis) increase the concentration of cells in genital secretions that can serve as targets for HIV (e.g., CD4+ cells).

I have to agree your question is confusing..but yea if it is both the first time, then i dont think you can get HIV? unless that person had it from some blood transfusion or is an intravenous drug user and already had it and never told you..now that would be SCARY!

if it was both your fist times, i doubt you'd get HIV or aids. STD's can be transmitted regardless of previous sexual activity.

I cant read ur question properly but with std's it doent matter on how many times u can get the first time if one has it.
