If a girl isn't sexually active, can she have AIDs, HIV or hepatitis?

In my other question, I was wondering if I could catch any kind of disease from my girlfriend because I kissed her when her lip was bleeding. One of the answers was: Yes if she has AIDs, HIV or hepatitis. Im the first guy she's been with and she isn't sexually active. Is it possible she has AIDs, HIV or hepatitis?

you wont get aids from french kissing...
If the other person has HIV AIDS and you have a tear or open wound inside of your mouth it is possible. Even if you think you may not have an open wound, just think if you brushed your teeth too hard this morning and your gums started to bleed, open wound. It is possible.
You would be very unlucky to get HIV from french kissing, but gonorrhoea can be caught both by french kissing and oral sex.
Not AIDS unless you both have an open sore in your mouths, however you can pass herpes that way if the other person currently has a sore (cold sore)
In one of my nursing classes, we learned that to get AIDS from saliva you would have to drink approximately ten gallons of spit. So, no, you are not at risk for getting AIDS. You could get oral herpes if you kissed someone with a cold sore. That's about it.

Maybe you should understand that HIV leads to AIDS. You can catch hepatitis from contaminated water. HIV and hepatitis can be sexually transmitted. Even if she isn't sexually active she could carry the HIV virus or hepatitis. The chances of catching these diseases is minimal through a cut on her lip. It is possible though.

She could have HIV or Hep C if she has shared needles for drug use. Both are spread by infected blood getting into the bloodstream through an open cut or other open wound, or by sharing needles for drug use, and HIV is also transmitted by unprotected sex. Hep C is rarely spread sexually.

If she truly hasn't been sexually active, the other possible ways she could have any of these viruses is; exposure to contaminated blood products, sharing needles (drugs), accupuncture, tattooing, etc if contaminated instruments used.

She could have caught it from her mother when she was a newborn. Or she could have been stuck with an infected needle (voluntarily or involuntarily). So yes it is possible.

Only if she's a needle user. I wouldn't worry.

She can if she shared any needles, Does she do drugs?

no clue
