no, you can not get hiv/aids through drinking from someone if they are infected....unless you drink a gallon of their saliva and they have to be infected with the disease...but you can get other diseases such as mono which is not a good disease to have**

No. They do call it a sexually transmitted disease for a reason. And the virus isn't that sturdy, it certainly wouldn't hold up against the alcohol, the air, or even your saliva. There just aren't any cases of infection that were even remotely related to sharing a beer bottle. It's swapping other body fluids you need to worry about- not the beer bottle.
