I have cancer from hiv/aids, But i try and stay in shape and play soccer, A lot.? |
My question is How do I stay hydrated, I am having problems With dehydration. I just feel so dried out after I play and then I feel nauseous??????? I drink lots of water and sport drinks but I just cant keep it in, After my games I feel dry inside out. gatoraid or poweraid are the best ones they are ment to re hydrate, better than drinking water when you're playing sports from what i have heard |
